General introduction of SGB10 Cast Resin Transformer:

Cast Resin Transformer, is well applied in power plant substation with low voltage device, high voltage device, transformer, and other components integrated, greatly recognized by its functional and energy saving properties. It is safe, non-pollute, and flameproof which can be installed directly on the load center with the merits of free maintenance, easy installation, low combined operation cost, low loss and excellent humidity resistance.

Applies to high fireproofing, load fluctuating, unventilated, incommodious, dirty and moist environment such as power plant field, subway, metallurgy, hospital, high-rise building, shopping center, crowded resident zone, and the special environment such as petrol-land chemical industry, nuclear power station, a nuclear submarine.

S11 power transformer is in development at S9 series transformer.It is in low loss, low noise, capable of short-circuit, good impact resistance and Well-run performance.

It applies new type insulation structure and improves the ability of short-circuit resistance.The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate.High-voltage winding group is made of high quality copper wires and it adopts multilayer cylindrical structure.All fasteners have been processed with special treatment to prevent them from loosening.
